Enjoy high-quality meat and fresh vegetables dipped in a special broth with the aroma of bonito and kelp.For the final dish, we have Goto udon, which is considered one of Japan's three great udon noodles.Enjoy the chewy noodles, a Nagasaki specialty, mixed with the shabu-shabu broth until the very end.
